Amara on Lake Street

We liked the location, however - we have stayed at many hotels & unfortunately their prices and cleanliness outdone Positive: The location Negative: Poor advertisement- the pictures didn’t match the experience of the room. Advertisement said this air conditioned unit, we expected fully air condition. The only air conditions located in the facility leaked - dropping water on our head whilst sleeping. The toilet seat in the main bedroom was broken or the magnets use to hold the toilet seat in place was faulty. The bathroom in the ensuite- black genital hair was located all over the tiles, I ended up using the other bathroom as this was very unhygienic. The front door - we weren’t able to access the property via the front door and had to use the back door for access - this was inconvenient to access due to the heavy rainfall and no cover. Back door entrances was very unclean to walk through to gain entrance.
