Well below expectations , we have used booking.com. all over the world for many years this was bad !

Negative: key entry cards sometimes take 3 or 4 atempts ,air conditioner did not work properly (couldn't change temp or increase fan speed . Only 1 cup for tea and coffee and no desert spoons (supplied 2 days later) NO plug for the kitchenette made it difficult to wash up , sent message......nothing supplied
