Disappointing, would not recommend in its current state
Positive: Good layout, great location, easy walking distance to the beach front and restaurants.
Negative: Although the general appearance matched the marketing photos, attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance was poor
* dirt in corners of floor, wardrobe track, wash basin tap fitting etc
* bed made up with thick doona, with no suitable light wool blanket as an alternative
* poor quality toilet seat with fixing cover caps missing
* windows dirty
* balcony plants neglected and dying

Positive: Great location and the apartment was great. The apartments had three specious decks. Well appointed.
Negative: Bed not the greatest and the air con while efficient was noisy. Ceiling fans only had one speed which blew you out of the bed.
