Good stay in a roomy apartment with good access to the Main Street and beaches Positive: It was keyless entry which is nice and easy. Could park undercover on site which meant no hot car. Was an easy and pleasant walk to town and the beach. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor which we liked but does mean stairs so beware if they are not your thing. Apartment was clean and the beds were good. Pool was really lovely - I used it morning and evening. Negative: We had to pay a deposit to stay here (first place we have been asked for a deposit in Australia in 4 weeks and multiple stays). I couldn’t get the payment link to work and so they wouldn’t release the joining instructions including the door key code. There is a reception at the property but the lady there promptly told us this booking was nothing to do with them and I needed to contact the office of Cozie Homes which is not on site. Once that was sorted with a phone call, you then had to access all information through a web based log in. It was a pain to use and some of the parts of the info are incomplete eg how to find and use the washing machine. It would be more user friendly to have a folder in the property with all the info available. It would also give a more hospitable feel to the experience. Kitchen was a little sparse and could have done with an oven or at least a jazzier microwave that could oven cook, or an air fryer. Meant there was not the option to really cook in the apartment for a three day stay.

An absolutely enjoyable and relaxing stay in a perfect location, with excellent facilities and a fantastic host—we could Positive: The property was in a fantastic location within walking distance to the main street and the beach. The host was amazing—responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The two bathrooms and spacious living and dining area made it very comfortable, while the well-equipped kitchen (with handy pantry items) was a nice bonus. The pool and spa were warm, clean, and easy to access. Negative: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property.

Positive: Location was exceptional near Four Mile Beach entry pathway. Close to main town at bottom end of street. Quiet. Best heated large pool I've ever come across. Good sized balcony with a fan for air circulation which was great. Fans and aircon worked well. No key entry a bonus as you couldn't lose a key! Beds very comfortable and linen good. Interior decoration very appealing. Negative: No extraction or fan in bathrooms (never is in Qld and I don't understand why no air circulation). Kitchen hotplate well used. Toaster old. Dishwasher old. No oven which was really annoying. Kitchen needs updating incl new chopping boards. Cleaning adequate..spa bath a bit grubby just on the base..clump of hair- like substance behind bedside table. Spa bath in ensuite difficult for an older person to get over into shower as it's quite deep and was slippery so hand rail provided absolutely essential .. rubber mat would be useful. Remote missing from 2nd bedroom which cleaners should have picked up but could turn on manually.

Great location , apartment spotless and well equiped , beautiful pool and surroundings ,the only downside was there was No lift and we had to carry our cases up three floors .
