Waves & Wonders Ocean view apartment

This is a beautifully appointed apartment. The location is amazing. Positive: This is a beautifully equipped apartment. We appreciated the king size bed, the separate dressing room, and the luxurious bathrooms. Huge television set and fast WiFi. Stunning artworks on the walls. Large, efficient washing machine. Being close to the beach, a small supermarket, and the bus stop proved an advantage. Negative: It is obvious that the $300 cleaning fee is not being used appropriately. The dining table needs a thorough treatment with orange oil or a related product. I saw a similar leather settee in an exclusive furniture shop but was horrified that a previous tenant had scribbled on it with texta. A very inadequate cleaning job had been done instead of getting a professional leather furniture cleaner to attend to that. What a shame there were also chocolate wrappers under the furniture. Some atttention to the vacuum cleaner is warranted, especially replacing the bag. A roller attached to the front door would prevent the flies from getting in. There are holes in the insect screens near the latches on the big sliding doors and clear plastic shields should be installed to prevent further damage. Probably the rollers for those screen doors need attention too. We chose to park on the road rather than use the very steep, curved driveway to the garage. Annoyingly during our stay, the painters needed access to the balcony for a full day, limiting what we could do with that time.

Positive: Very clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Great communication, I highly recommend.
