Cairns Central Condo

Never again. Positive: The location in the centre of Cairns is very handy. Negative: The people at the reception desk. I locked myself out of the room. When I went to the front desk the man there told me that it wasn't his problem and for me to go away. When I challenged him over poor service he followed and threatened me. I told him to go away. I understand now that the building has some private owners but the people at the front desk should still offer assistance. If there was a medical or fire emergency presumably, if this guy was an example, the emergency services would have to break down the door. The Cozy Homes people eventually helped me out and were very good but the service on site is aggressive and so poor.

Comfortable and quiet Positive: The space it provided was nice and the kitchen was perfect when wanting to cook a meal, location was great and everything was walking distance Negative: The shower was okay but it was hard to not get the floor wet due to the glass door and it’d reach the wall,
