Tropical Tides at Cairns Esplanade

Room with a great view, very close to everything Positive: Perfectly located in the heart of the city with great food options and wonderful view. We would recommend this apartment. Negative: It was an unusual apartment layout with the windowless bedroom behind multiple louvered doors, although not really an issue. Although we didn’t have a problem, the signs about the finicky smoke alarm kept us on edge.

Comfort and Convenience Right on the Esplanade. Positive: had a really great experience overall. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right on the Esplanade and just steps from the Cairns Lagoon, which made it super easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Whether I wanted to go for a walk, grab a bite to eat, or just relax by the water, everything was right there. The place itself was very clean and tidy when I arrived. It had a cozy, comfortable feel to it, and I appreciated that all the appliances worked perfectly, no issues at all during my stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. The check-in process was smooth, and the host provided clear instructions, which I always appreciate when staying in a new place. Negative: Honestly, there wasn’t much I didn’t like. If I had to be really picky, maybe the space might feel a bit compact for a longer stay or for more than one person, but for a solo traveler or short getaway, it’s just right.

Lovely well appointed apartment that looked over a beautiful garden setting out to the sea Positive: Very central to restaurants/shops. Very spacious with all the facilities that we needed, including washing machine. Negative: Balcony was directly above next door restaurant vent(noisy & occasionally smokey)

Great location, clean and comfortable. Positive: The location is fantastic, above the night markets and opposite the lagoon on the esplanade. I have stayed in this complex before and will again. Everything in walking distance.
