Feedback Positive: The neighbors are constantly VERY loud, the air- Con randomly stopped working WITHOUT WARNING for TWO WHOLE DAYS, and the towels provided for us were dirty, with tiny bugs and smears of unidentified things on them! Negative: The horrid smells from the first day we entered from the plug-in bug repellent!!! It was like as if it was about to set on fire!!!! The building being very hard to find, the toilet was crooked, and the bath/shower was filthy.

Positive: Great vibe Location Pools and tropical feel Restaurant Gated for safety Car park

A Wonderful Place to Base while we Explored the Cairns Area Positive: The apartment was really great. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was a peaceful place for our family to call home for a few days. It was very close to the airport and a very easy drive to downtown Cairns, as well. We used the cheap, convenient public bus for the first few days. I would highly recommend staying here. Negative: The only thing that was hard on us was that our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until 1:30 am. That was long after the office was closed. They had our keys conveniently in a lock box for us with clear instructions. The only problem was that the main pedestrian gate code pad wasn't working. We managed to call and get in, though.

Positive: When the air condition failed a tech was sent out the same day

Positive: Great place, quiet and well kept. Thai restaurant and the fish market on the corner were both great!
