Great 2bd apartment with all requirements for a long stay holiday Positive: Easy to get to and loved it have its own parking spot. Negative: It had everything we needed so nothing not to like.

Overall a great place to stay in Cairns, a little bit out from the hustle bustle and noise. Positive: Spacious, clean and well equipped. Nice pool area Washing machine Negative: Above a noisy garage area Main bedroom bed had a large dent in the mattress making it very uncomfortable

Great apartment in good location. Positive: Great location. A few block back from the Esplanade and an easy walk to many restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Washington machine and dryer were fabulous. Very responsive hosts. Checked in regularly to see that we had everything we needed. Negative: This is FYI only. You need to climb one flight of stairs to the apartment. The car park is difficult to get into with a big car, however there is plenty of street parking. Although it’s near a hospital and opposite the high school so can be hard to find on week days between 7am and 4pm.

The unit, location, facilities was lovely. But getting into the unit late at night was challenging Positive: Prior to my departure I re-confirmed and spoke to an operator. When I arrived the key code was in correct.. no new msg or updates was received. So at 9.30pm at night, as I waited on hold with the 1800 number I had .. I felt really unsafe being an older single woman... with not many options open to me. Luckily at 9.50pm I sent a txt and a new Key code was sent. This time I was travelling with my son... but that's not usual. And I felt next time in my circumstance I might have to book at a place with an in person reception. I few days later I spoke to Dan at Cozie and we discussed the above. Negative: Yes.. 1. Re-chk codes sent out and as msg go thru a third party.. double check and confirm with the guest directly 2.More phone operators leading up to the 10pm 1800 number closing for the night. 3. More direct numbers for guests to talk to an operator or a back up code sent out

Positive: Clean and had everything we needed. Lovely pool area.
