Lotus Lakes - Resort Style Living

Positive: Location near botanic gardens. Handy Thai restaurant and Osmosis restaurant were great. Negative: Only getting one key. No lifts. Door buzzer didn't appear to work. Couple of signs of wear and tear - hole in ceiling above bed should be filled, Kitchen light bulb was hanging from ceiling, bathroom sink cracked etc.

Apartment was great and pools , nice and quiet considering how big the complex is Positive: Room was great, supplied really well , fantastic gardens and pools Negative: We were bitten alive by midges/insects around pools and tv you could only turn on by power point. Was a little far out from cairns city but if you get to know bus service it helps

Great for families Positive: The apartment was spacious and reasonably clean. It had everything we needed. The direction for checking in and out was very good as well. The only thing to mention would be that the apartment was up a flight of stairs (no lift) and there was no actual pool view, the pool was further around from the particular apartment we were in.

Excellent would definitely stay again ! Positive: Property was clean, good location. Nice gardens and pool area. Negative: Checking in was difficult as we arrived late. Had to let in by staff from the Thai Restaurant. If wasn’t for them unable to gain entry. No contact with any Hotel staff.

Large apartment in all areas throughout. Kitchen, courted private balcony& airy homie rooms. Would have extended our Positive: Large sectioned off balcony from large living and dining area, felt private and safe although close to neighbours. Pools surrounding property & affordable in comparison to other smaller similar priced accomodations. Negative: The neighbours above the apartment were heavy footed and heard them majority of the stay and throughout the night.
