The Sub Penthouse at Santai

Positive: The apartment is beautiful. It was well serviced and had most things we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Lovely bathrooms. The view from the pool area is absolutely stunning but most of the view from the apartment itself is blocked by the bushland. The hints of it you can see though are gorgeous. Negative: Beware of the doorstops in the middle of the floors. We had 2 separate incidents where they were kicked and resulted in nasty split toes. We were very disappointed that the pool was out of service and wished we had been informed on booking. Carpark is tight but manageable.

Positive: Location was what I needed, Interior styling and views were spectacular. Negative: Appliances were not working properly

The property is very large and exceptional for a group stay. A corkscrew would be useful for wine Negative: Although the hosts tried to rehouse us due to the pool being out of order, we were very disappointed to not be able to swim during our stay given the temperature at this time of year. The pool was the "hero shot" of the listing and was unavailable to us during our stay.

The apartment was perfect for us because my daughter was being released from hospital after having meningitis. It was qu Positive: Amazing apartment. Enormous space with huge kitchen and beautiful views.

Positive: The location was very good. Private, close to all amenities, but quiet.
