Don’t hesitate one second to book this beautiful apartment. Positive: Fabulous location with a very well equipped apartment and tastefully decorated. Amazing terrace!!! Nice pool and sauna with marina views Negative: Nothing

Fantastic views, space and location, but property in need of a refresh and some maintenence at current price point. Positive: Location was great, as were the views and space Negative: Property is showing a fair amount of wear and tear and it does not appear has had any maintenance since built. Carpets were stained in hall and threads appearing. Deck had weeds growing up between tile grout. Washing machine was faulty and only ran on very hot despite cold being selected and hot tap turned off! Given the price paid of over $1000 per night, i would have expected a better maintained and updated property. Cozie homes staff were great in the lead up to and during stay and cannot fault their service, however i think if Cairns goes through a bit of a tourist downturn, the lack of upkeep at the property will start to become something more and more people comment about at the current price point.
