Tropical Terraces

Positive: Loved how easy it was to contact the staff when there was a problem. They were very helpful and quick to action a solution. We had an issue with the toilet, and within 4hrs on a Saturday, they had someone out to fix it. Bedrooms had air-conditioning, which was great and kept the rooms cool. The parking out the back was amazing, didnt have to worry about the rental car being on the street. Loved how quiet and relaxed it was, even with neighbours to the side and above. Negative: There was no air-conditioning in the main living areas. We tried to open the doors and windows for a breeze. However, without a screen, lots of bugs came through the front doors. Other than that, the place was fantastic.

Amazing place and value for money Positive: I loved how clean and beautiful the apartment was. They had beautiful decor, beds were comfy and communication from the providers were amazing! Everything was very easy from arriving to leaving. Negative: It was a bit hard sleeping when the people from upstairs were up and about. We could hear alot of noise from the surrounding apartments however that was the only downside.
