Negative: There is no person to person communication on site, no reception, no face to relate to.

Nice, comfortable, convenient, clean apartment. Positive: location was ultra convenient, rooms were clean, living area was comfortable, provided info on tours and things to do around port Douglas. Negative: The window shade for the sliding door was not working. I pinged the landlord multiple times for them to address the issue but they never replied once I provided what they asked for.

Negative: Request to have blinds fixed was not completed.

Great apartment in convenient location. Positive: Apartment was very comfortable with everything provided. Bed enabled good sleep. Ceiling fans were excellent in the humid weather. The whole complex was quiet and clean and neighbours were friendly. A great place to stay! Negative: Had problems getting into the apartment. It is annoying and difficult to have to fill out a check in form and provide photo of ID via emails when we have already provided this previously. Communication with the agent was not smooth- possible internet problems? These systems are difficult for older people to navigate!!!
