Ocean Views at Mantra Trilogy

Positive: The locations was great! View was good too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Negative: It was really dirty . Ammenities weren’t great. Dryer was broken and almost caused a fire as we were not told it wasn’t working. Bathrooms need to be throughly cleaned and an exhaust fan should be fitted. Overall the room and towers need to be refurbished and throughly checked for safety. Pool surface was also old and peeling so the floor was sharp to walk on in the pool. Maintenance should be a priority

Amazing stay, great location and cozy room! Positive: Great location, everything we needed in the room, balcony was great, also amazing customer service from our host. Negative: Only thing was that there was no laundry detergent or spare bin liners but that is not expected, everything else was fantastic.

住みたくなるようなお部屋で過ごすことができて、最高のホリデーになりました。 Positive: 生活に必要なものが全て揃っていて、とても過ごしやすかったです。 Negative: 4泊しましたが、トイレットペーパーの量がぎりぎりでした。もう少しあるととても助かりましたが、良くなかったという程ではありません。
