House Heliconia - Luxury Living in Palm Cove

Beautiful home highly recommend it for anyone will definitely come back with the family Positive: Beautiful modern clean home with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and convenient Negative: A couple of things weren’t working the TV in the master room wasn’t working the air conditioning in the theatre room and first room stopped working. The dryer kept cutting it out.

Beautiful modern and clean house with lots of room. A lovely walk to Palmcove and near shops at Cliftonbeach Positive: Spacious house that had everything we needed for two family to stay comfortably. Negative: Maybe a few more cups and plates for us to use! Only a small issue.

It was a great decision to choose this property as our holiday accommodation. Positive: Love the pool and relaxing environment. Negative: No.

The house was as advertised. We did have several problems. There were no instructions for using anything. This included the coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, and stove. We didn't know what the in counter oven fan was until someone decided to push all the buttons on it on the last day. We didn't discover the clothes line and pegs until a 13 year old decided to do some exploring on the last morning. There were not enough places to hang towels for the number of people who used the main bathroom. The one piece of lounge furniture had a broken back. There was detailed instructions on putting garbage bins out to be collected but no instructions about where to put them if they were already out once they had been emptied. There was one useable knife in the kitchen other than steak knives. And that knife was a very large one, not suitable for our young teenagers to cut up fruit or general smaller knife tasks. There were only 2 glass glasses of a decent size. Several of the large plastic glasses were considerably worn and would probably shed minute fragments of plastic in anything put in them. I expected so much more for the generous amount of money I paid for a mere 4 night stay.

The house was beautiful, master bedroom was huge. Plenty of towels and linen. Plenty of kitchen utensils, plates , bowls etc. Pool was amazing. Walk to shops was a lovely walk through tropical bush. Would highly recommend this beautiful home.
