Tropicana Pineapple

Everything was lovely, the seating provided was nice to look at but not very comfortable. There was no chair and table or work desk provided, there was an outside table as pictured, but this was not always suitable due to the weather conditions in Cairns. I tried to work at this table and it was either impacted by the sun light and not comfortable to work at or it was raining, when the rain finished the area was very wet. We provide this feedback so that it may considered for the next people that stay. The property otherwise was lovely. The beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Not a pleasant experience. Negative: When we first arrived we had to ask for teaspoons. We couldn't work the washing machine as no water was going through. One of our neighbours sorted out the problem. There were no instructions on how to turn on the stove as it didn't work when we turned the dials. When we went outside in the part the external lights did not work. TV not working properly. The internet dropped out constantly. The channels froze. The smoke alarms in the apartment were not working. The mop bucket was broken so we could not clean the floor. We contacted the host to request a new bucket, but we received no response. We also requested for the outside light to be fixed. Still waiting to hear about that. For future holiday makers it would be appreciated if there was an information sheet on how to use all the appliances. Finally the toilet door didn't shit. The BBQS were filthy. The ceiling fans needed cleaning.

Excellent. Will definitely come back Positive: Love the ambience. Negative: Neighbours are loud on our first night. The lady who was blowing the leaves this morning was rude, impatient and couldn't wait for me to drive off the carpark. She was looking at me and was shaking her head. She didn't even communicate what exactly she wanted me to do. I knew she wanted me to drive off so she can finish her job but I was still settling in the car and was checking my maps

The property did not have internet access for our whole week stay. We were given unhelpful suggestions on how to get it working.
