Bed comfortable Negative: Seriously under equipped - No coffee cups no plates, no teaspoon, no sharp knife, no microwave or toaster, no change of towels or sheets in 8 nights and no washing facilites to do yourself, coffee machine with no indication of what pods, hot water issues, no broom, dirty cushion covers

if in Cairns again I would be very happy to stay at the same place Positive: central location, easy access to touristy places, comfortable accommodation, cleanliness, quiet, king size bed, coffee machine, a short walk to a supermarket, many restaurants around, Negative: no reading lights around the bed, the bed a bit too soft for me but okay for my wife, a long wait for hot water to appear (too much wasted water), no crockery provided,

Bad customer service and amenities Negative: There was no one at reception 90% of the time. When we emailed about extra towels as we were staying for a week, they emailed back saying we only offer 1 towel per customer for the entirety of the stay and told me there was a laundromat down the street if I wanted to wash them. There was also no one coming to pick up the rubbish so it just piled up in a corner, they didn’t give us any information of where we could go to empty it either. And there’s no microwave or dishes or stove or anything so we ordered out for every meal which meant a lot of rubbish over the week long stay. At the end of the stay the guy at reception questioned why we were in the lobby and we had to defend ourselves and say we stayed at the place and we’re just waiting to get picked up.

Positive: We travel to Cairns at least 3 times a year and have stayed at most places and this was our first time at this apartment. Everything was exceptional and the staff were superb and so easy to communicate with. The room was clean and comfortable, big bed, massive walk in shower and the view was amazing! The best bars and restaurants at your doorstep and Absolute value for money. We will definitely be booking here again!!
