602 Harbour Lights Studio - Pool Gym and Sauna

公寓硬件不错，除了没微波炉。位置也好。但所谓的服务太变态了 Positive: 位置极好，就在出海码头旁边，可以看到海。和跳伞店也在一个楼 Negative: 是公寓房间，见不到服务人员。 没有任何烹饪设备，连微波炉都没有，吃东西很不方便。 有一天晚上八点发现忘了带门卡，联系了客服，让我自己去几公里外的办公室一个密码小盒子取临时卡，这个没问题。关键是要求我开完门，必须当晚把卡送回去，搞得我来回打了四次uber，好变态。一张临时门卡而已，为什么不能留在房间里，退房后一起回收呢？这是故意惩罚客人忘了带门卡吗？

Disappointing..cold ...dull..too small and overpriced. Positive: I asked to be moved because apartment was not as described in the ad...room was freezing..water was cold...view was if the hilton not the water. It is a very small long apartment.. and very dull. I liked the balcony as i could see water..and the iron was good too. Negative: I did not like the freezing air conditioner that wouldnt adjust. I was cold and had to sit on balcony to thaw and stop shivering. I hated the cold showers as i tried to get warm in the shower. I showered at the gym. I hated that admin did not care about me. I hated to make the bed with 10 cushions and pillows as i am over 80 and not too well and found it difficult. I did not like the room and felt unhappy in it. I did not like using toilet paper to blow my nose. I was cold in that room and it was very hot outside.

Negative: The only issue was that we had 2 towls for 7 nights. We were not happy about that … was a bit disappointing.
