Positive: Location and view from balcony Bed was comfortable Negative: No plates, cups, cutlery, toaster or microwave Not environmentally friendly paper cups and plastic lids only BBQ provided downstairs but utensils to cook with or eat off

Great location, everything you could need Positive: Great location right near the marina. Clean and spacious apartment and the building had good security. Everything you could need and also nice view from the balcony. Good communication with the host. We only stayed 3 nights but it was perfect for what we were looking for. Negative: Nothing

Ho hum Positive: Great location and view and the bed was comfortable. The balcony was fabulous. Negative: The communication and advertising of the property led us to believe we would have laundry facilities, access to a tv with access to the internet and a seating area. This was important to us as we were meeting up with our son and wanted to be able to relax and watch a game together. In addition the shower took ages to get warm water and there was nowhere to wash up or fill up water bottles (the bathroom tap is too low. This property isn’t an apartment nor is it a hotel. As long as that is clear it was a great location for an average hotel room.

Bed comfortable Negative: Seriously under equipped - No coffee cups no plates, no teaspoon, no sharp knife, no microwave or toaster, no change of towels or sheets in 8 nights and no washing facilites to do yourself, coffee machine with no indication of what pods, hot water issues, no broom, dirty cushion covers

if in Cairns again I would be very happy to stay at the same place Positive: central location, easy access to touristy places, comfortable accommodation, cleanliness, quiet, king size bed, coffee machine, a short walk to a supermarket, many restaurants around, Negative: no reading lights around the bed, the bed a bit too soft for me but okay for my wife, a long wait for hot water to appear (too much wasted water), no crockery provided,
