1101 Harbour Lights with Ocean Views

Overall a comfortable stay Positive: The location was great & quiet. Good supply of dishwasher powder, body wash laundry detergent etc. Good variety of pillows The swiper did not open both doors Appreciated the early check-in Negative: The pool area was ok but given the number of rooms on the property there could be more lounges at pool & BBQ area. We used the bath & when emptying it a lot of dirty smelly water came back up the bathroom drainpipe. water slow to drain from bathroom sinks Kitchen area could be stocked a little better - nonstick tongs, egg flipper, perhaps non-breakable glasses & plates for BBQ area, air fryer may prevent using hot plates etc. The rendezvous' for collecting the key could be tweaked.

Great location, large well appointed apartment. Positive: The view was great, large rooms in the property. Pool area good with comfortable beds. Good comms and care taken to monitor incoming flights to understand your arrival time. Negative: Gym was basic, yet clean. Patio furniture basic. Aircon in main bedroom did not cool room very well.

Fantastic place to see Cairns Positive: Location is fantastic, appartment has a good view, is very clean and all items where available (e.g. nespresso cups / dishwasher detergent). People from Cozie Home are quick to answer and very helpful.

We loved the location and that it had a car park. Positive: Location Negative: Everything was perfect

Besides the uncomfortable situation, Overall it was lovely Positive: I liked the location, the room style and furniture Negative: Host worker waiting in the lobby, watching my family and I during our stay. Found this situation very disturbing and disappointing. Seemed like we were being spied on.
