Spacious, luxurious apartment in a peaceful, convenient location with superb hosts. Positive: This spacious and luxurious apartment is in a little spot of paradise at a quiet, peaceful location away from the bustle, but within easy walking distance, of Cairns town centre. The facilities are first rate and the huge balcony, overlooking beautiful, well tended gardens is a special place to relax. The hosts at Cozie Homes were extremely helpful and went well beyond their brief to offer expert advice, arrange a slightly earlier check-in and even posted a piece of clothing I left behind to my home address. We were very sad to leave and would definitely ask to stay again. Negative: Nothing, everything was excellent.

Positive: Tai yra nuostabiausia vieta, kur teko apsistoti! Aš esu buvusi gal 20tyje apart, bet šie yra 100 balų! Jauku, švaru, erdvu, patogu, apgalvotas kiekvienas dalykas, kad svečiuii būtų patogu. Lovos minkštos, kondicionieriai tylūs. Virtuvė pilna indų ir įrankų. O terasa ir labai erdvi, patogi, instagraminė, bet ir su nuostabiu vaizdu.Labai labai puikus, malonus ir greitas komunikavimas! Kiekvienas klausimas atsakomas greit ir kantriai. Savininkas mums iš kart pasiūlė turą į Didijį barjerinį rifą, domėjosi ar mes sklandžiai nuvykome. Jutome nuolatinį rūpestį. Labai sunku buvo palikti šią nuostabią vietą!! Didžiausios Rekomendacijos !

Positive: The apartment was a good size and clean and good facilities including a stove and dishwasher and microwave. There was an issue with the fob for the gate so l could not open the gate to park my car. This was exentually resolved but l would have thought it could have been resolved more easily as you would expect cleaners to go there every day. With a brand new rental car l would not have felt comfortable if l had to park outside on the street. A real pity as everything else was excellent and they did answer the phone quite quickly. Negative: I think that it was not just holiday apartments but also people living in some of the apartments. I am not sure if this is usual as ll usually stay in a hotel when l travel. The area also did seem a bit industrial but close to the city.

Great accommodation Positive: The accommodation was well equipped with all we need. It was a little bit of a walk to the centre of cairns, but ok to walk if dit enough. Negative: The cleanliness of the floor wasn't great, unsure if it was inside or the balcony, but our feet were black after an hour of showering.
