Nice amenities terrible host Negative: thecheck in was terrible, we asked to meet him at 1pm as i was discharged from Hospital and he said yes, he would be there at reception at 1pm, l then left a message saying leaving Cairns now heading to Palm Cover at 1.30 pm , no answer , when we arrived i text again and he said chek in was stricktly 3pm and the room was not ready yet My husband almost walked but we had paid WE WAITED UNTIL AFTER 3PM WITH ME FEELING TERRIBLE IN RECEPYION TO GET IN

We had a lovely relaxing stay in very clean, comfortable accommodation - a home away from home. Positive: The location of the room within the resort was really nice. we had a lovely view out of the balcony. The amenities in the room were fantastic. I loved being able to make a coffee as soon as i arrived. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Negative: Nothing.

Lovely spot to stay and explore Positive: Very nicely set out and very comfy. Loved being close to the beach. Hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Negative: Nothing!!☺️
