Did the job but wouldn’t rebook this place Positive: Separate bedroom, smart TV, kitchen Negative: Bed too hard, no TV or effective A/c in bedroom, uncomfortable couch, not enough closet/drawer space for clothes, 2 cockroaches, some broken glass shards on floor on arrival, noise from movement in upstairs apartment echoed through apartment in evening, car park bays too small for a medium size SUV, so had to park on street

I have paid less for accommodation a lot nicer than this! Positive: The greenery and plants surrounding the property Negative: Wasn’t clean to my standard. All the kitchen cupboards and draws stink. When I arrived the bbq wasn’t cleaned and any of the kitchen utensils I had to wash everything before I used them. The outside private courtyard wasn’t very private the fence has holes/gaps and is falling apart. Noisey neighbours in the same building at all hours of the night. Moving furniture, yelling, swearing language and had the tv on extremely loud.

Great location, comfortable, responsive staff with any issues or questions. Positive: Comfortable good location, we could walk to The Esplanade, well equipped. Nice yard and garden.
