Harbour View @ Mantra Trilogy

Absolutely a great place to stay if you’re going to Cairns! Positive: Location was amazing. An easy walk to the pier where all the adventures happen. In the middle of the town, but as quiet as can be. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The air-conditioning worked like a charm. And the kitchen was well stocked. Negative: Nothing.

Nice located to everywhere we need to go, food and shopping were in the door steps. Positive: We arrived 15 mins before the check in time, got the key, but met with the cleaning team still in the property. To be honest they have not comfirmed the early check in status, lucky they let us in and stay out of the heat. Negative: n/a

Great location near the beach but noisy during the night with the windows open. Positive: Location is fantastic for the marina and the eating establishments. Also not too far to walk to the shopping mall and the scenic railway. Negative: There is also a dehumidifier in the room, which puts out heat. Not great when it is already hot. The noise from the local wildlife and the street is too much. We prefer not to use air conditioning, so we keep the windows open. This was a mistake, as sleeping was difficult. If you can stand air-con, close the windows to shut out the noise.

Positive: Location was good, close to everything. Negative: Couldn't figure out how to turn off the air con. Nothing much was explained from the host. Live music from across the road Sat and Sun nights was not good as we had to be up 5.30am each day. Parking was an issue; clearly not enough car parks had to park out on street twice.
