Great apartment will book again when next in Cairns Positive: Clean, great location, spacious Negative: Nothing

Great location near the beach but noisy during the night with the windows open. Positive: Location is fantastic for the marina and the eating establishments. Also not too far to walk to the shopping mall and the scenic railway. Negative: There is also a dehumidifier in the room, which puts out heat. Not great when it is already hot. The noise from the local wildlife and the street is too much. We prefer not to use air conditioning, so we keep the windows open. This was a mistake, as sleeping was difficult. If you can stand air-con, close the windows to shut out the noise.

Positive: Location was good, close to everything. Negative: Couldn't figure out how to turn off the air con. Nothing much was explained from the host. Live music from across the road Sat and Sun nights was not good as we had to be up 5.30am each day. Parking was an issue; clearly not enough car parks had to park out on street twice.

Could not fault property location, presentation cleanliness ect and the communication from Cosie home’s representatives was excellent. In our view the only improvement needed was the lounge suite while visually fine was practically not. It reduced the capacity for us to relax in the lounge area for longer periods of time as it was simply not comfortable. This meant we spent more time on the balcony. Also the issue with the wall damage was disconcerting and I hope the further investigation Cosie home advised was to be done got to the bottom of what happened. Would definitely stay again, despite that issue as it was handled professionally and fairly. Regards John Gstrein.

The location was excellent. The facilities were fantastic. Negative: There was no phone number for us to contact anybody quickly during our stay
